Hi Everyone! It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything, so we hope you all are doing really well! While we’ve been away, Dad has been busy keeping the family business moving at ‘IOLANI, Alx has been busy recording his first solo single up in Los Angeles, and I have been busy starting my new career as a real estate agent. It’s been a “whirlwind” of change in the Kawakami family, but there’s some familiar news coming this month!
For the first time since our farewell show in August, ManoaDNA will be performing live at Lulus Waikiki on Saturday, May 16th! I don’t think the band has qualified for the “Reunion Tour” moniker yet (haha), but we are looking forward to reuniting with the great staff and atmosphere at Lulus! Just like before, we’ll have Seann on percussion and Mark on bass, playing all your favorite ManoaDNA originals and covers. You never know who’s going to show up, but we’re really looking forward to having a great time with all of you!
