Happy 2012 (Dangit, why did I go backwards?!) 2014 everyone!! What a year 2013 was, right?! I already complained about 2013, so it’s up to 2014 to be better and more fun! Here’s a little glimpse into my wishes for the new year…

Health & Prosperity

I wish that all of you, all of my family, and all of my friends have a healthy and prosperous 2014! We eat traditional Japanese “Ozoni” and “Soba” to ring in the new year, as they are believed to bring various things like good health, wealth, and a long life!

Adventure

As I got older, I realized that life is about the journey, not the destination. It’s about the adventure that each moment has! So I wish for more adventures in 2014 like the one pictured above! Talk about celebrating the new year in style!

Professional Growth

Between MānoaDNA and ʻIOLANI, there is a lot of commitments in my life. Last year, I focused on the commitment side of each, rather than the opportunity. This year, I wish to utilize both as an opportunity to become a better human being! Didn’t know this blog would go so deep, huh?! 🙂

So, Happy New Year Everyone!

P.S. As food for thought (literally), apparently McDonald’s is NOT the enemy! Great news! 2014 is already better!
