I just completed my first “Pro Fit’ workout yesterday, and must have really exhausted my muscles because I was getting cramps in my legs and abs last night! The worst was the cramp in my abdominal muscle .. it literally tightened into a ball and the pain was excruciating! Luckily I have a quick remedy which my friend recommended – packets of hot dog mustard – and the stuff really works! As soon as the cramp hits, I tear open one of the small individual packets of mustard and swallow the stuff and the cramp immediately goes away. I can’t explain it and neither can my doctor friends but hey, don’t knock it if you haven’t tried it.
I’ve got a busy day today … meetings in the morning, afternoon, and evening! My squash buddy’s also in town from San Francisco so we’re gonna meet for a couple of games later this afternoon. I hope my body holds up!
