It’s Monday .. the start of a whole new week! I can’t believe Thanksgiving is next week and that December is right around the corner … and before you know it – it’s 2011!! Wow .. did this year go by fast or what?! ManoaDNA will be busy during the holidays with performances and special events while also preparing for a busy 2011 travel schedule. I’m sure the IOLANI on Kona Street store will also be very busy during this time too.
I ended up working around the house yesterday – clearing out some of the old stuff from the garage, saving the recyclables and dumping the rest in the garbage bin. It was a beautiful sunny day so it was nice to spend time outside and do some house chores. I got up at 5:15am this morning and made a pot of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee – our favorite – while listening to the sound of the rain outside. It’s still dark outside so I can’t really see anything, but it’s probably just the early morning rain showers that blow through the valley most mornings. And here come the puppies … so much for a nice quiet morning!
Alex and Nick’s softball team played in their league playoffs yesterday and won one game before being eliminated. It sounded like they had a lot of fun, though …
