Nick in Photos, Ep. 5: “ManoaDNA Toy Drive”

Well, as promised, this week’s episode of “Nick in Photos” is dedicated to our 2nd annual “ManoaDNA’s Boys & Their Toys” drive down at the Kani Ka Pila Grille last Saturday. If you missed it, you can read my summary of the events from my last post. Otherwise, onto the photos!

Throughout the week leading up to the toy drive, Dad, Alex, Mark & I made our rounds on the TV morning shows. Tuesday through Saturday we had to get up REALLY early and sing songs, hoping to get people to come down and donate some toys.

Finally, the night was here and we were ready to rock out the Kani Ka Pila Grille and get people excited for a good cause! We ended up raising 11 big boxes of toys for Toys for Tots and the Lokahi Project, and all the donations went to help Hawai’i families! We are so proud and thankful for all the help and support from everyone!
