Aloha! It’s Thursday which means I’ll be golfing with my fellow degenerates this afternoon … yippeee! I really look forward to our weekly round of golf because it breaks up my work week and allows me some time to just relax and get crazy … sort of like when I play music! :-) My golf game really sucks … it’s been in the tank for about the last 6 months now and I’ve totally lost my swing. There’s nothing worse than hitting the ball and not knowing where it’s going to end up … which is usually in the bunker or behind a tree! Oh well, there are are worse things in life than chasing a little white ball around a golf course with a bunch of fellow lunatics … so stop your bitching, Lloyd!
We’ve all been SO BUSY lately with IOLANI and ManoaDNA … 2013 has been non-stop from the get go! We’ve got some really great music projects that the boys and I have been working on … can’t really give details yet, but you’ll be the first to know when we’re ready to go. And this is the first time in months that we’re performing all three regular gigs in the same week; last night we performed at THE SWIM in the Hyatt Waikiki, Friday we’re at Lulu’s, and on Saturday it’s the Kani Ka Pila Grille. We’ve either been traveling or doing special events every week, so it’s kinda nice to get back to a normal schedule … even if it’s only for this week!
