Another crazy week for MānoaDNA, as we had gigs & activities to keep us busy! I especially want to remind everyone that there is only ONE WEEK left before our toy drive! Hopefully, youʻve already made plans to be at Gordon Biersch next Friday!
Starting off the weekend, we performed for the Hawaiian Airlines Premiere club patrons at Honolulu International Airport. It sounds kinda lame, but it was actually a really awesome event! There was food from the Alley Restaurant, wine, and beautiful Hawaiian Airlines Promo Team members serving it all up! We had a blast, and there was a really great crowd there to cheer us on!
On Saturday, before our private gig, I had to make a quick appearance at Studio Rim at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. I had forgotten that it was Honolulu Marathon weekend, so there were tons of guests at Reikoʻs radio show. Most of them were running, so I asked who was the fastest! Haha.
After the interview, it was off to the Waikiki Aquarium for a private Christmas party. The gig was fun, but I wanted to share the sunset photo I took from the aquarium grounds. Lucky we live Hawaiʻi!
Finally, something I think is kind of cool. I was driving over the H3 highway to Kaneohe when I passed an armored transport training drivers. I thought it was super cool, and pretended like they were escorting me!
Thatʻs my update for this week! Thanks for reading, and hope to see you next week at the toy drive!
