Happy Sunday morning to y’all!
It’s been a VERY relaxing weekend for me since the boys are gone and ManoaDNA is taking the weekend off. I did go golfing yesterday morning with some of my Thursday degenerates, and as it turned out, I should’ve gone and played squash instead! I don’t know what’s going on with my game – I can’t put two good shots together, much less a round. And I must’ve been in every sand bunker on the course … felt like I was at the beach instead of the golf course! Ended up with a score of 90 which is like death since I lost to almost everyone again!
We had a great time at Lulu’s on Friday night with our SF & Hawai’i buddies who we had traveled to Japan with for Project Aloha back in late October. Mahalo to Kristi, Lori, Bret, Kurt, Robyn, Chantelle, Wayne, and their families & friends who came down to join us! Sure wish the other members of our group – Sarah, Tilo, Brother Noland, Paul, Diane, Jennifer, and Donna – could have also been there with us but I’m sure we’ll see them all again sometime in the near future …
We’ll be at the Honolulu zoo this Wednesday for the Wildest Show in Town concert series. Gates open at 4:30pm and we play from 6 to 7pm … come on down and listen to some great music in one of the most beautiful settings in Waikiki! And it’s cheap too … only a $3 donation to the zoo per person!
