Aloha, everyone!
Strange night at Lulu’s last night … very little energy from the crowd for the first two sets. Then we start the third set and WHAM! – the place goes nuts including hana hou! Go figure …
Our buddy Yutaka is back in town and brought us some interesting omiyage last night … cell phone leashes with cartoon character “Chopper” from the Japan manga (cartoon) series “One Piece”.  
He told us that this particular one was hard to find, so it’s very special. I think I’ll bring “Chopper” to some of the gigs and see if he attracts da chicks! Hahaha!
Speaking of gigs, we’re performing at the Honolulu Festival today (12:20pm) and tonight (8pm) so we won’t be at Kani Ka Pila – sorry! We’ll be back there next week, though, so please come down and join in the fun …
