Aloha, everyone!

It’s our last night in Vegas and we just got back from our favorite restaurant, Todd’s Unique Dining, located in nearby Henderson.  As usual, the food was great – Alex and I had the braised short ribs while Nick and Gregg had the lamb shank – both really ono!  For dessert we ordered the creme brulee and apple cobbler with maple ice cream.  They also surprised each of the boys with special birthday tiramisu desserts – what a nice touch!  You guys should check out Todd’s the next time you’re in Vegas … you’ll probably need a car to get there, but it’s worth the drive!  We’re now back at the hotel and have to start packing for our early morning flight to San Francisco.  As soon as we land, we’ll be heading straight up to Napa where we’ll stay overnight before heading back to SF the next morning.  It turned out to be a good thing because the 49ers playoff game is tomorrow so the city will be going nuts.  I’m not sure when I’ll be able to post my next blog so don’t worry if you don’t see a new post for a day or two.  I promise to fill you guys in as soon as I can …
