A little rest and relaxation was on the schedule for ManoaDNA last week, as the family traveled to Las Vegas for Mom’s birthday!
Like Japan, we ended up eating our way around the city. You may know Vegas for their fancy restaurants and buffets in the casinos, but Dad has found great restaurants away from the hotels that are worth the drive! This first one is Todd’s Unique Dining, and it was so delicious!
The next night we headed off the path again to Rosemarys, and I had the lamb chops. Holy smokes, I love lamb chops, but these were done perfectly!
Finally, we concluded the delicious weekend with some burgers done “Monster Style” at In-N-Out Burger. If you are an In-N-Out newcomer, there are some secret things you can order on the menu. Look ’em up online before you head out to get a burger, and you’re sure to find something that you will like. Hint, hint, monster-style, hint.
