It’s almost midnight here in Vegas and I’m getting ready to drive the boys to the airport for their flight home. I’ve had a great time these last few days playing golf and stuffing my face. It was also really nice to spend time with Carla’s family since we hardly get to see them since they live in Florida. Tonight we went to one of our favorite restaurants in Vegas, Rosemary’s, to celebrate Carla’s birthday and the food was fabulous as always! They even had my favorite appetizer – fresh figs stuffed with goat cheese wrapped in prosciutto with pesto and balsamic dressing! YUMMMM!!!
We also went to ride the roller coaster at the New York New York hotel and boy, was it fun! That first drop was a killer and I even heard my neck crack as we made the first turn! Ok .. I’m ready to come home now ….
