Aloha, peeps! We just arrived back in Hawai’i this morning and I’m slowly starting to unpack and relax a bit. It’s a beautiful sunny day here in Manoa although it’s a little warm and the tradewinds are very light. The puppies were so happy to see us and Buster hasn’t left my side since I got home! I guess I’ll rest a bit before continuing on with my blog … on second thought, I’ll continue this tomorrow …..
Good morning, again! It’s Wednesday and I just woke up from a very long sleep, and I am definitely feeling much better than yesterday! I’m sorry I didn’t complete yesterday’s blog, but I was so tired from our flight that my mind couldn’t focus on anything! The weather is really hot here … there are no trade winds and it’s very dry, even here in Manoa. I was told that it’s been hot like this for over a week … maybe the summer’s heat has finally arrived … so weird! I’m trying to catch up on all the work that’s piled up since we left for Japan before I start to zone out again from the jet lag. I’ll be heading down to ‘IOLANI later this morning and then I’m going to try and get in a workout this afternoon. My wrist feels great so I’m debating whether to try and play squash for the first time in several months … I can’t wait!
I’m going through Japan withdrawals again .. we got home yesterday and I wasn’t ono for anything – even my beloved chili & rice! I’m sure my Hawai’i taste buds will slowly kick in, but for now I’m really missing the miso ramen, katsu, onigiri, and nama beeru! But what I miss the most are all of our friends and fans back in Japan … I hope we get to see you all again very soon and mahalo for all your kindness & support!

Thank you for your reply . Today,we came back from North and
now I read it.
It’s regrettable for us to listening your lives.
But as we’ll go to kamuela CD release party tomorrow(Thirthday),
so we’re looking foward to seeing you guys again!!!!
See you that time! Good night Dad!
(There are a lot of things that I want to do though the Hawaii stay few left, too, and I think that time is insufficient…Hawaii is really “paradise”)
Aloha from Noriko

Aloha, “D”
Aloha!
I listened to MANOA DNA from ALOHA Friday on August 13 for the first time with LULUS of WAIKIKI.
And, I came to like it.
I returned home to Japan and did you mail.
Even if you meet in Japan.
The travel Expo of Yokohama and [Thumbs up] met as it was a promise.
I wrote the thing in the blog.
When you read, it is glad.
I feel my family’s KIZUNA when listening to MANOA DNA.
I cannot speak English.
The daughter always interprets it.
The daughter loves you.
It is said that the daughter wants to meet in Hawaii.
thank-you and a good day!

Aloha, Mariko-san!
I’m so glad we were able to meet, and thank you so much for supporting ManoaDNA! Because our ancestors came to Hawai’i from Japan, we feel a special bond with all of our friends and fans in Japan – they are just like ohana (family) to us! Please take care and we hope to see you again very soon!
