Five days in Chicago, Illinois allowed me to pack a lot of stuff into the schedule. So for your sanity (and mine), I have broken down the Chicago trip into three parts. Today, is part two!
The final couple of days in Chicago were spent with lots and lots of sports! Which, in my case, was very, very AWESOME!
But first, Chicago’s Maxwell Street Polish Sausage! This is one of Chicago’s tastiest treats, and is a little different then the traditional Chicago dog. Instead of the whole pickle, and a whole beef dog like Chicago is known for, they give you a heaping pile of onions and a polish sausage. Maxwell street, down by the University of Illinois Chicago, is very convenient if you wanna go to school there, but for everyone else, take a bus. It’s worth it!
Finally, to end the trip, a visit to Soldier Field and a game between the Oakland Raiders and Chicago Bears.

Well everyone, that’s my tale from Chicago. It was five days of excellence, fun and GREAT food! I definitely recommend the city for a visit.
