It’s another start to a busy week for me. Now that we’re almost done with our new CD, a lot of time and effort will be focused on getting ready for our Japan tour next month and also for IOLANI’s new factory store opening in June. Although our new CD will not be released here until June 1st, we are planning on taking it up to Japan with us prior to that. It’ll be pretty exciting since we’ll have two brand new CDs for our fans – MDNA’s own “EVOLUTION” and JVC Victor’s “PURE ALOHA!”. I guess it’s true that when it rains it pours – we haven’t done a new CD for 3 years, and now we have 2!
I had a great time golfing with my SELOHSSA gang yesterday out at the Hawai’i Kai golf course. My game is still pretty erratic and although I shot an 83, I had a triple and a double bogey and 4-putted twice! I don’t know what’s going on … maybe my concentration is poor because of all the things that are on my mind! Anyway, I pulled a muscle in my hip playing squash last week, so it started tightening up on me during the round yesterday. I hate it when I get injured, especially since it takes forever to heal and I won’t stop to give it a rest. I guess I’m going to be spending a lot of time in the whirlpool this week ….
