ManoaDNA ended 2008 by performing at the Aloha Tower Marketplace on New Year’s Eve, finishing just in time to see all the fireworks displays at midnight. Here in Hawaii, fireworks are a big part of our New Year’s celebration so everyone participates. New Years Day was quite calm as everyone recovered from the previous evening’s festivities …
January 2nd was Alex’s and my dad’s birthdays, and Alex got a new surfboard! He and Nick went paddle surfing today so I wonder how it performed.
