“Tiki Room” project …

Just left AVEX Studios after recording ManoaDNA’s rendition of the “Tiki Room” theme song for Tokyo Disneyland. I have to admit that I had my doubts when I first heard the original song – imagine a bunch of tropical birds singing with foreign accents to a Calypso beat and you sort of get an idea of what we were working with! Anyway, it turned out just fine and we had a lot of fun recording it … I hope Tokyo Disneyland likes it too! I want to send a big “MAHALO!” out to our good friend, Gaylord Holomalia, for giving us the opportunity to participate in this fun project!
