It’s cold & rainy!

Aloha from cold & rainy Florida!  It’s Monday morning here and the weather has changed from the beautiful warm sunny weekend to cold and wet!  We’ve been so busy since we got here that I haven’t had time to update my blog, but I will do my best to catch up!  We’ve been spending a lot of time with Carla’s family and it’s been a blast – especially with a lot of the little ones that seem to be multiplying every visit!  We’re staying with Pam, Carla’s youngest sister, and she’s been taking very good care of us … I’ve included some pics of her beautiful home.  She even has a Jack Russel terrier that acts just like our own Buster!  Ooops … gotta run, so I’ll continue this later …..

It’s now evening here in Vero Beach and it’s definitely chilly!  We played golf this afternoon out at the Hawk’s Nest Country Club and had a great  time!  My brother-in-law Mike and I beat Nick and Alex so us old guys are feeling pretty good!  We’re now back at Pam’s house and the girls are making homemade pizza … mmmm, good!  Tomorrow we’re golfing at Pam & Raymond’s country club here in John’s Island, so Mike & I are hoping to beat the boys again!  We leave for Las Vegas early Wednesday morning and will be back in Hawai’i on Thursday evening, so I hope we see all of you down at Lulu’s or Kani Ka Pila this weekend!
