Located on Lewers Street, on the Waikiki Beachwalk, Giovanni Pastrami is so delicious! I had the reuben sandwich and I almost died from happiness. The bread is awesome, they don’t skimp on the sauerkraut and the meat is so juicy. It’s well know for its sports bar atmosphere, but if you’re just looking for a great place for lunch, I definitely recommend it! Like the title says, this post is mostly to remind all of you Japanese fans, that we will be heading back up to Japan next week. We are finishing up our 2010 campaign with the Hawaii Tourism Japan team, and are excited to be heading up to Sapporo, Tokyo & Yokohama this trip. During our July trip, we held our first solo tour called ManoaDNA Live! at Thumbs Up in Yokohama and Eats & Meets Cay in Tokyo. This trip, we will be following up that tour with another stop in Yokohama at Thumbs Up again! For all those who can read Japanese, here’s the information:

Well, we’re off to Japan again this month and we couldn’t be more excited. Keep checking our schedule, as the dates and times will continually be updated. As for the rest of the month, we are excited to test out our new Manoa DNA Live! feature, where we broadcast our shows live over the internet! Just check out our schedule online, and if it says “Live!” next to the show, it means we will be broadcasting directly from the event! If testing goes well, we may even feature other live events where you guys can all chime in!

4th, 11th, & 25th: Lulus Waikiki Live! Testing out their new “Live!” broadcast during the month of September, Manoa DNA will be available online through ustream.tv or here at ManoaDNA.com

5th, 12th, & 26th: Kani Ka Pila Live! Still awaiting word on whether we can actually broadcast live, but we will try. Otherwise, you will have to come see us in person!

15th to the 22nd: Japan September Tour Continuing our 2009 tour with Hawaii Tourism Japan, we will be in Tokyo and Sapporo during the month. Check back often as our schedule will be posted once we get it!
